Q: What do I wear?
A: Clothes you can move around in, leggings, and sports kit are recommended. Please keep jewellery to a minimum. Long hair should be tied up. Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops, high heels or rock shoes into the Clip 'N Climb North Shore Climbing Arena.
Q: Is Clip 'N Climb just for kids?
A: Not at all! Clip 'N Climb is climbing walls meet theme park in an exciting new leisure concept for all ages and all climbing abilities. No matter if you are 3 or 103 years old with no climbing experience. Everyone is welcome! At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, adults can climb in any session that has spaces available.
Q: What is your minimum age?
A: At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, our minimum age is 3 years old with a minimum weight of 15kg and a minimum height of 100cm. Sadly this is not negotiable as we take our safety control very seriously.
Q: How should I book my session?
A: To book a climbing session at Clip 'N Climb North Shore, please go to our online booking page and follow the simple instructions.

Pick a session time from the available session time list
Click on the right arrow to add or left arrows to take away the number of passes you require

Q: What Happens on the day of my Party?
Arrive at Clip ‘N Climb North Shore 30 minutes prior to your booked-in time (This include yourselves and all your guests)
Present your list of all your guests to assist with check-in process and advise the Receptionist about your online waiver progress
Ensure all your guests are wearing closed toe shoes or organise Shoe Hire with the Receptionist
Prompt your guests to enter the Harnessing Area after check-in (must have online waiver linked and wrist band received)
Wait for the Safety Briefing which commences 5 minutes prior to your booked-in climbing session
Enjoy your 1 hour climbing session
Enter party room for a fun 60 minute party time
Some useful REMINDERS for the Party Room:
Your 60-minute Party Room access is after your 1-hour climbing session. Please relax and let us take over the setting up of your Party Room.
Please bring along a knife for cutting your cake.
Please bring you own forks or spoons for food eating if required.
Welcome to bring your own colourful/themed paper plates and serviettes. We provide white plain ones.
Party Rooms are already decorated, please see our 360 Virtual Tour under INFORMATION. Welcome to bring your own table ornaments, decoration or balloons (sorry! we we cannot provide assistance with blowing the balloons up for you as we will be too busy looking after the safety of your children inside the climbing arena), however, strictly NO extra wall decoration will be allowed.
Q: How do I sign a waiver?
Please follow the link you have received when you made the online booking or follow the below link. If you are signing on behalf of a climber who is 15 years old and under, please enter YOUR detail first then use the ADD MINOR tab to add the child/children’s detail to complete the waiver. Your waiver is only valid for 1 year. You will need to resign if it has expired.
Q: Can I make a booking for an exclusive event or function?
Of course! To book Clip 'N Climb North Shore exclusively, please contact us with your requirements and we can discuss all your climbing and catering requirements. All basic information can be found on the website under INFORMATION / WHAT WE OFFER.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Please read Clip 'N Climb North Shore Booking Policy. Please note there will be NO REFUND for no-shows on the day.
Q: Can I buy tickets for the Ultimate Challenges, the Leap of Faith & Vertical Drop Slide, on the day?
A: Yes! Please see one of our friendly receptionists. At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, there is also a discounted Double Challenge pass option available, climbers can choose to do any 2 Ultimate Challenge combination.
Q: What is your opening hours?
At Clip 'N Climb North Shore Door opens at 3:30pm during the weekdays and 9:30am during the weekends and school holidays. Our General Admission sessions are as follows:

Q: What is your School Holiday opening hours?
At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, we are open EVERYDAY during the School Holiday. Our General Admission sessions are as follows:
MONDAY to SUNDAY
10:00am – 5:00pm
Clip 'N Climb North Shore is CLOSED on all Public Holidays (including Easter and Labour Weekends) and Christmas and New Year Break.
Q: What happens in my climbing session?
All Clip 'N Climb North Shore, we remind our guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked session for processing, safety harness fitting and a 5 minute introduction and safety briefing to ensure everyone is ready for your climbing session.
Check in at the reception and receive your wrist band for your session (and Ultimate Challenge stamps).
Enter the Clip 'N Climb North Shore Climbing Arena for harness fitting.
Safety briefing and visual demonstration on how to climb and abseil the wall safely at the Safety Briefing Area.
An hour long climbing time with instructors around to assist.
At the end of the session, we will collect the harnesses before you exit the Clip 'N Climb North Shore Climbing Arena.
* Party groups will be accompanied by one of our friendly staff to your party room after your climbing session.
Q: We’ve been before – do we have to do the introduction and safety briefing again?
A: YES! At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, everyone must do the introduction and safety briefing before every session they climb with us, even if you’ve been hundreds of times! Safety is our #1 priority!
Q: Do I have to climb with my child/children?
A: No! At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, we always have ample of staff on the Climbing Arena floor to assist the children, therefore, we encourage you to join in for some fun family time and also to support your child/children.
Q: Do I have to pay if I am just watching?
A: No! At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, harnessed climbers and watchers are allowed into the climbing arena. We also have a viewing area for you to sit and watch by the Clip 'N Climb North Shore Climbing Arena.
Q: Which sessions are just for adults?
A: Adults can join any Clip 'N Climb North Shore climbing session. We also have party packages and platters selections for adults, and spacious party rooms available for private hire and corporate events which are very popular for team building and during the festive seasons.
Q: What is your maximum weight limit for adults?
A: At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, safety is our number 1 priority. We have set our maximum weight limit at 130kg (vs. 150kg as recommended by BELAYMATE Auto Belay System). You also need to fit safely into one of our Clip 'N Climb North Shore safety harnesses. If in doubt, please come in and we can do a harness fitting for you.
