Booking Policy

General Admission Climbing Bookings

At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, all bookings and services are non-refundable as you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions at your time of booking.

 

At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, all casual climbing session bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once less a $5 booking fee per transaction. Rescheduling is subject to availability. To reschedule, you need to telephone Clip 'N Climb North Shore on 09-447-1428 giving at least the below minimum period of prior notice, and make the appropriate arrangements with one of our staff with the new date and time which will require confirmation by an email or text from Clip 'N Climb North Shore.

Bookings for less than 10 climbers

Should you need to reschedule your session for whatever reason, we will require a minimum of 48 hour notice prior to your booked session. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any rescheduling if less than a 48 hour notice is given and then the booking/cancellation/refund policy applies.

Bookings for more than 10 climbers

Should you need to reschedule your session for whatever reason, we will require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to your booked session. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any rescheduling if less than a 7 day notice is given and then the booking/cancellation/refund policy applies.

After School Program

Should you need to reschedule your 9 week After School Programme for whatever reason, we will require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to the starting date of your booked After School Programme. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any re-scheduling if less than a 7 day notice is given and then the booking/cancellation/ refund policy applies.

 

Please note there will be NO REFUND for no-shows on the day.

Corporate Events / Exclusive Hire / Group / Party / School Bookings:

At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, you are eligible to make amendments or cancellation for any corporate, exclusive, group, party or school bookings giving at least the below minimum period of prior notice, and make the appropriate arrangements with one of our staff followed by a confirmation email or text from Clip 'N Climb North Shore.

Catering Option Amendment

Should you need to make any amendments to the catering options for your booking for whatever reason, we will require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any catering changes if less than a 7 day notice is given.

 

Rescheduling your Booking

Should you need to reschedule your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice. You are entitled to reschedule once less a $5 transaction fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any rescheduling if less than a 7 day notice is given.

Partial Cancellation of your Booking

Should you need to cancel part of your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $5 booking fee per transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.

Cancellation of your Booking

Should you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $50 cancellation fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.
