At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, parties comprise of a General Admission climbing session which includes the hire of the full safety equipment, a 10 minute introduction and safety briefing and 1 hour climbing session, then followed by a 60 minute party room hire in one of our Clip 'N Climb North Shore colour themed party rooms.

Please note:

• Please complete online waivers for ALL climbers. (Note: DO NOT PRINT as everything is saved online)

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked session for processing, harnessing up and your safety briefing.

• Please note all climbers need to be at least 3 years of age with a minimum weight of 12kg and a minimum height of 80cm.

• Please note Weekday Parties during School Terms - EAT FIRST then CLIMB!

Clip 'N Climb North Shore parties are designed for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people.

Small paper plates and serviettes will also be provided for your cake (Cake not provided).

Bring your own FOOD and CAKE party. Setup a party at Clip ‘N Climb in one of your colourful party rooms. Climb for 1 hour than come through to your party room which is already decorated otherwise you are more than welcome to decorate yourself. We do ask you to kindly help us clean at the end of your party in order to be ready for the next party.

Clip 'N Climb North Shore Party Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment must be made by online booking to secure your booking.

2. Rescheduling your Booking - Should you need to reschedule your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice. You are entitled to reschedule once less a $5 transaction fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any rescheduling if less than a 7 day notice is given.

3. Partial Cancellation of your Booking - Should you need to cancel part of your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $5 booking fee per transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.

4. Cancellation of your Booking - Should you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $50 cancellation fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.

5. Cleaning - we kindly ask you to clean up after your party with removing all rubbish and placing in the rubbish bins provided, leaving our team to disinfect and sweep after your party ready for the next.

6. Please note there will be NO REFUND for no-shows on the day

7. Please ensure you and your guests arrive 30 minutes before your booked session to allow time for processing.

8. Please be sure to sign online waivers for all climbers and read our Safety Rules and Restriction Guidelines found on our website and displayed inside Clip 'N Climb North Shore.

Helpful TIPS for a smooth check-in:

• Please bring along a list of all your guests to assist with check-in process

• Please complete online waivers for ALL climbers. (Note: DO NOT PRINT as everything is saved online)

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked session for processing, harnessing up and your safety briefing.

• Please remind your guests to arrive in time and wear closed toe shoes.
  

Useful REMINDERS for the day:

• Your Your 60-minute Party Room access is after your 1-hour climbing session.

• Please bring along a knife for cutting your cake.

• We ask you to please consider all guests, we ask no foods with lasting smells be brought to your party.

• Please bring you own forks or spoons for food eating if required. We have spoons for sale at the Reception.

• Welcome to bring your own colourful/themed paper plates and serviettes. We provide white plain ones.

• Party Rooms are already decorated, please see our 360 Virtual Tour in the INFORMATION tab on our website for more detail. Welcome to bring your own table ornaments, decoration or balloons (sorry! we we cannot provide assistance with blowing the balloons up for you as we will be too busy looking after the safety of your children inside the climbing arena), however, strictly NO extra wall or ceiling decorations will be allowed.
