Who can benefit from the Clip 'N Climb Fundraising Program?
Clip 'N Climb North Shore Fundraising Programme is designed to assist schools and non-profit organisations with their fundraising efforts. Applications from individuals will also be considered, provided the funds are to be used for a suitable purpose, for example, travelling to a sport or cultural event. If the application is for an individual, please insert your details where it says Organisation on the form below.
How Clip 'N Climb Fundraising Programme works?
The organiser books an Exclusive Hire session(s) of climbing at Clip 'N Climb North Shore. You sell the tickets, your guest have fun climbing with us then we split the proceeds. YES! it is as simple as that.

How you apply to take part?
Please complete the Clip ‘N Climb North Shore Fundraising Programme Application Form and return it to CLIP ‘N LCIMB NZ LIMITED (Clip ‘N Climb North Shore), Unit 1/59 Corinthian Drive, Albany or email it to email@example.com. Your application will be processed within 24-48 hours and you will be contacted shortly after that.
What we provide you to assist with ticket sales?
We will create and add your Fundraising Event in our Online Booking System where you guests will be able to access and Book Online. Alternatively, our graphic designers will be able to assist with the design of the artwork for production of tickets and advertisement / flyer for the promotion of your event with the date & time, any special messages in prints at your own cost.

These are fully explained in the Application Form, and our staff will be happy to talk you through the process and to help with any queries you may have. At Clip 'N Climb North Shore, we would love to assist you in raising funds for your worthy cause.
To make the process as easy as possible we can tailor a package to suit you:
We agree on a suitable date(s) to hold your event. You sell tickets at your nominated pricing or at our recommended pricing and your guests get to enjoy Clip 'N Climb North Shore over one or more 1-hour climbing session(s) on the agreed date(s) and time. You pay a minimum of $500 per 1-hourly climbing session to us or 50% of the total taking, and you keep the rest.
Package Example 1: We agree on a suitable date to hold your event. You sell 50 tickets at $20 and your guests get to enjoy Clip 'N Climb North Shore over a 1-hour climbing session on the agreed date and time. You pay $500 to us, and you keep $500.
Package Example 2: We agree on a suitable date(s) to hold your event. You sell 50 tickets at $25 and your guests get to enjoy Clip 'N Climb North Shore in one of two 1-hour climbing sessions on the agreed date(s) and time. You pay $625 to us, and you keep $625.
Package Example 3: We agree on a suitable date(s) to hold your event. You sell 100 tickets at $20 and your guests get to enjoy Clip 'N Climb North Shore in one of two 1-hour climbing sessions on the agreed date(s) and time. You pay $1000 to us, and you keep $1000.
PLEASE NOTE: Any funds raised from your guests using our Ultimate Challenges (Leap of Faith and Vertical Drop Slide) or through the sale of food & drinks or ice creams remain with Clip 'N Climb North Shore. Fundraising events are held ONLY outside of our normal opening hours, but we can be flexible, depending on the size and scale of your fundraising event.
